Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana, on April 15,1976. Ward was a student at Monroe Christian School, a Christian private school. Ward attended Ouachita parish high school for secondary education. She then moved to River Oaks High School the summer following her senior year. She briefly studied at Northeast Louisiana University after graduating. In the year she turned thirteen, old, Ward started modeling after leaving school and moving to New York in order to accomplish this. She had the idea to attempt acting after a couple of years. In the 70s, Ward was a part-time actress with no credit on the daytime soap All My Children. Then she was offered a brief role as NBC's prime time teen-drama Malibu Shores. In late 1996Ward landed a role on the daytime soap-opera Sunset Beach where she portrayed the romantic Meg Cummings. In 1999, she started her film career as Brittany Foster the psychotic character in the horror film The In Crowd. The movie, initially an economic failure theaters, but later on video-on-demand (VOD) it became extremely popular. Ward was then in a crucial supporting role in Shallow Hal, a hit film. Ward has also appeared in several other direct-to DVD films and made guest appearances on a variety of TV shows, most notably Friends. The character as Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 in which she was the mother of a young woman on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. She got married David C. Robinson, a producer. The couple had a son named Cameron.
